EAGLE RIVER JAMBOREE IS A FESTIVAL built WITH purpose
The Colorado Music Foundation supports Colorado artists and expands access to music education through performance opportunities, instrument donations, and community-driven programs.
Eagle River Jamboree is created and produced by the Colorado Music Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit with a mission to build and support a thriving music community. Every ticket purchased supports music education and artist-first programming across Colorado.
MUSIC EDUCATION
Proceeds from the Eagle River Jamboree are reinvested directly back into Colorado communities through initiatives like our Play It Forward: Instrument Drive and Music Education Program. Through this program, we purchase and collect instruments, then place them in the hands of individuals who may not otherwise have access to music education.
Music is a vital thread in our cultural fabric, and empowering more people to play creates ripple effects across the entire community. Whether a recipient goes on to form a band and one day play Red Rocks, or simply finds a creative outlet to connect with others, the impact is lasting and meaningful.
By partnering with schools, we amplify that impact—ensuring instruments are shared among students and used for years to come. We also support individual musicians through direct instrument donations, with applications available here.
If you have an instrument laying around that isn’t being used or want to purchase one, bring it to the festival and drop it off at the Colorado Music Foundation Tent!
PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES
The festival supports and prioritizes Colorado Artists by strategically placing their performances between sets from national headlining artists. The Main Stage and Side Stage do not play simultaneously, allowing festival attendees to go check out new music and discover their new favorite artist!
You can support them further by following them on social media, downloading music on streaming platforms, going to other shows, or heading over to merch tent to pick up an album or t shirt. We have selected just a handful of incredible emerging artists on the Colorado music scene.
This year’s CO artists include The Runaway Grooms, Dragondeer, Extra Gold, Al Maul, Tonewood String Band, Danger Mountain, Graham Good & The Painters, Pickin On The Dead, The Hip Snacks, DJ Ré K, DJ Lalín, DJ Jay One, and DJ Krusher. Visit their individual profiles over on our music page.
